It depends the type of oil you are using. Vegetable soybean oil: 320 deg F. Corn oil: 450 deg F. Sunflower oil: 450 deg F.At what tempreature will cooking oil catch fire?
plain non alcoholic cooking oil, on an open flame around 400F but the higher alcoholic content the lower the temp required.At what tempreature will cooking oil catch fire?
